Shipping policy

SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on orders $15 or more. Standard shipping rates will be shown at checkout for all other orders. Most orders ship within 1-2 days, unless otherwise notified. Shipments are sent via USPS First Class mail with tracking information provided in a confirmation email. Please ensure that you provide an accurate address. In most cases, USPS holds inaccurate or incomplete addressed packages at your local post office, so contact them directly in these situations. We are unable to issue refunds if an inaccurate address isn't corrected or if a unit/apartment number isn't provided.
