Returns & Exchanges

NuGrowthBeard.Co stands behind all of our products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for free or return it for a full refund . You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return the unused portion of your order (in the original packaging). If you purchased items within a set, all items within that set must be returned as well. Apparel items must be returned clean and unused to be eligible for return. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return, please

You will need your order number from your confirmation email you received when your order was placed and your billing zip code. After you select your return reason you will be given the option to print your return label.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Product Samples
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery 

​Please feel free email support@getnugrowth.com with any questions prior to processing your return. If your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items please let us know us so that we can quickly correct the error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we review your refund request, we'll process a refund for the purchase price paid. We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase.  Please allow up to 14 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@beardpomade.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We are happy to exchange beard care items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@getnugrowth.com and send your item with your return START YOUR RETURN


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
